Lisa is a Wales women’s rugby player, who plays for Harlequins in the Premiership Women's Rugby, and is also a health and fitness coach.
Lisa began playing rugby at her secondary school, Ysgol Dewi Sant, and progressed to make her international debut for Wales in 2018 against Scotland. Lisa was one of the first Wales internationals to take up a full-time contract in 2022, after leaving her job as a Senior Clinical Trials Data Manager at Manchester University.
She started her club career with Firwood Waterloo in the Premier 15s in 2018 before moving to Sale Sharks in 2020. Lisa moved to Gloucester-Hartpury for the 2022/23 season, where she was part of the Premier 15s title-winning team, before moving to Harlequins in 2023.
Alongside her rugby career, Lisa is an online health and fitness coach who has been featured on the front page of Women’s Health magazine.
