Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Subscription Services

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial 7-day trial period
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Mid-cycle plan changes may create prorated charges or subscription credits through Stripe
  • Credits apply to future subscription charges only and are not cash refundable

Campaign Credits

  • Unused campaign credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Refunds for unused credits are not available

2. Dispute Resolution

Campaign Disputes

  • Disputes between brands and athletes must be reported within 30 days of campaign completion
  • Contested will review all evidence provided by both parties
  • Resolution decisions will be communicated within 7-10 business days

Payment Disputes

  • All payment disputes must be submitted through our support portal
  • Include transaction ID, date, and detailed description of the issue
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account suspension

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Canceling to Free does not create a cash refund for unused subscription time
  • No cancellation fees apply
  • Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation

Campaign Cancellation

  • Active campaigns can be cancelled within 24 hours of creation for full credit refund
  • Campaigns with accepted offers cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement
  • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Service outages exceeding 72 hours may qualify for partial refunds
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
  • Enterprise customers should refer to their service agreements for specific terms
