We often work with athletes ("End Users"), businesses ("Customers"), and representatives, such as agents or legal guardians, of End Users ("Agents"). Collectively, they are referred to as our "Users."

To perform our obligations to Users, we may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Includes name, address, phone number, date of birth, email address, company name, business category, credit card or bank information, and other relevant details requested as part of using the Site or Services.

  • Directory Information: Publicly available information such as your name, sport, position, and other professional details.

  • Technical Information: Includes IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit webpages, and click patterns.

  • Non-Personal Information: Aggregated or anonymised data used for user experience improvements.

How Information is Collected

  • Information provided by business representatives during account creation or use of the Services.

  • Invitations sent to Users by associates.

  • Publicly available directories, social media platforms, or other public sources.

  • Advertising campaigns via social media channels

End Users: We may collect information about an End User's social media behavior, reach, and engagement metrics to analyse the effectiveness of sponsorship opportunities.

Customers: Additional business-related information may be collected, such as marketing goals or campaign details, which are kept confidential.

How Information is Used

Except as otherwise noted, information is collected for internal purposes only. Uses include but are not limited to:

  • Verifying identity and eligibility to use the Services.

  • Processing transactions and providing requested Services.

  • Conducting routine business operations.

  • Customising user experience on the Site.

  • Preventing fraud and protecting accounts.

  • Generating anonymised reports for internal or external use.

We may share End User’s social media information (e.g., handles, engagement metrics) with third party platform to analyse and facilitate sponsorship opportunities. Information collected about an End User’s audience is aggregated and anonymised.

Automated Data Collection Policy

We use analytics tools like FullStory to collect information on user behavior to improve the Services. Users may opt out of FullStory tracking here.

Storage and Protection of Personal Information

We store Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. Steps we take to protect data include:

  • Access restricted to authorised personnel.

  • Regular reviews of data protection practices.
